I’m running for Sanger City Council because District 2 is home. My family put down roots here in the 1960s, and I grew up seeing what neighbors can accomplish when they speak up for one another. I want to bring that same commitment to City Hall, listening to residents, being transparent about decisions, and following through on the issues that affect our daily lives. That means caring for our roads and lighting, connecting families and young people with resources, and making sure residents can reach their council representative.
Our roads, lighting, parks, and public spaces affect how safe and connected our neighborhoods feel. I want the City to address the needs residents are raising now and plan responsibly as Sanger grows.
Young people and families need places to gather, opportunities to participate, and clear paths to available resources. I want to work with residents, schools, and community partners to strengthen those connections in District 2.
Residents deserve to know what decisions are being made, how to share their concerns, and whether those concerns are being addressed. I will be visible in the community, listen to residents, and communicate openly about the work happening at City Hall.
